Gather first

• A 2-litre bottle of diet cola (for the geyser, not for drinking) · 1, not cold (warm soda goes higher than cold)
• A roll of chewy mints with a chalky outside, like Mentos · 1 roll (you need 7)
• Paper · 1 sheet
• Index cards · 1
• 🩹 Tape

The big idea: Gas hiding in soda rushes out all at once when it finds rough places to make bubbles.
