Mr Printables

By Mr Printables. Visit Mr Printables

Desk research from the maker's own pages. Not yet tried by us. Checked 2026-10-24.

A website of free illustrated printables for young children: alphabet flash cards, coloring pages, mazes, word searches, file-folder matching games, maps, finger puppets, paper toys, party decorations and holiday crafts. Each page offers PDF downloads in A4 and US Letter, with tips such as printing on cardstock, plus alternate versions like letters-only cards. Parents and preschool teachers print and cut the sheets for screen-free play. In October 2026 the site says it is being rebuilt and some pages may be broken.

Our take: A pretty source of free printables for parents of preschoolers; download the sheets yourself rather than letting a child browse an ad-supported site with no readable privacy policy.

Checked in a browser

A browser check on 2026-10-25: what loads, the ads and trackers we saw, and what a child meets first. Not a hands-on test.

Child safety: 2 out of 5Google AdSense programmatic ads loaded (4 ad frames), so ads not chosen for children are possible on a site for ages 2-8.
Data: 2 out of 5Google's ad network (doubleclick, googlesyndication) and the Smadex ad exchange loaded, setting a doubleclick cookie; Cloudflare analytics too.
Ease: 4 out of 5Big, bright picture tiles for each printable; the site notes some pages and downloads are broken while it is being rebuilt.
Cost honesty: 5 out of 5Free printables; no upgrade prompt.

What we found

  • Contacted 8 outside sites, including doubleclick.net, googlesyndication.com and smadex.com.
  • 4 Google ad frames loaded in 15 seconds.
  • Set 4 cookies, one from doubleclick.net.
  • Page text: 'any broken pages or downloads will be fixed soon'.

From the test: Lovely free printables for young children, picked best by a grown-up because the pages carry Google ads.
