PrimaryGames

Desk research from the maker's own pages. Not yet tried by us. Checked 2026-10-24.

A long-running free website of browser games, printables and videos for elementary and middle school kids. It mixes learning games (math by grade and skill, reading, typing, science, social studies) with arcade, puzzle, sports, cooking and dress-up games, plus holiday crafts, coloring pages, mini-books and a joke of the day. No sign-up is needed. It is funded by ads.

Our take: Handy for free classroom fillers and holiday printables; parents wanting focused, ad-free practice should look elsewhere.

Checked in a browser

A browser check on 2026-10-25: what loads, the ads and trackers we saw, and what a child meets first. Not a hands-on test.

Child safety: 2 out of 5Google ad slots load (3 ad frames) along with SuperAwesome, a kid-focused ad network; the Google ads are programmatic, so what appears can vary.
Data: 2 out of 5Google's ad servers (googlesyndication, securepubads.g.doubleclick.net) and SuperAwesome's ad server loaded with Google Analytics before any consent.
Ease: 3 out of 5A large blank ad space takes up the top third of the phone screen; games are in sideways carousels below a joke of the day.
Cost honesty: 5 out of 5Free; no upgrade or price shown.

What we found

  • 16 third-party hosts on 8 sites; 11 cookies including Google ad cookies (__gads, __eoi) and a Google consent-message cookie (FCCDCF).
  • 3 ad frames; the screenshot shows an ADVERTISEMENT box filling the top of the screen.
  • ads.superawesome.tv (a kids' ad network) was contacted alongside Google's ad servers.
  • No links to outside sites in the page text.

From the test: Free games and printables, but Google ads take up a big part of the phone screen on the first visit.
