Seven Nights of Sky

One thing to look for each night this week, tonight first. Tap “I saw it” when you find it; seven ticks make a Sky Week. Cloudy? Skip that night, the next card is waiting. The week is saved on this phone, so it opens even with no signal in the yard.

Peabody is planning the week…

How the week is picked

A meteor shower's peak night always gets shooting stars, a sky event gets its own card, and a new, quarter or full Moon gets the Moon. The other nights take turns: the brightest planet after dark, the Moon, a second planet, and once a week a planet before sunrise for early birds. Every family in your area gets the same week, worked out ahead with astronomy-engine.

“Seven nights, seven things. Astronomers don't look once; they look again and again.”

For grown-ups: Peabody has no ads, not one, and nothing to sell your child. The Kids Pick, an independent kids' directory, rates its games 90/100. See what other free kids' sites load · Grown-ups, sign in · Already have a profile?
