Twitch

A live-streaming service, mostly gaming but also music, art and talk streams. Viewers watch live, chat in a channel's public chat, send private Whispers, and can subscribe to streamers or buy Bits to cheer. For users under 18, streams labeled for sexual themes, drugs, violence or gambling are hidden by default. Through Parental Controls in Family Center, a linked parent can set daily screen time, block the teen from going live, adjust content labels and turn off Whispers, and gets a weekly email including money spent.
Our take: For teens 13+ watching streams with Parental Controls linked; not for younger children, and think hard before letting a teen stream.
