For grown-ups

When two children want the same tablet, swing or toy, a timer that hands over by itself takes the grown-up out of the argument. Each child picks an animal, you pick the length, and when the time is up Peabody says whose turn it is and the next turn starts on its own.

Tips for grown-ups

  • Let each child pick their own animal first. It makes the timer theirs, not yours.
  • Short turns work best for young children: three to five minutes for a toy, ten to fifteen for a screen.
  • The animal in the corner of the chip is whose turn it is now. The row along the top shows who is next.
  • Up to four children can share. Tap an animal again to take it out.
  • Copy the link and the same animals and length open next time.

Questions

Do I have to type the children's names?

No, and you can't. Each child is an animal (a fox, a frog, a panda...), so nothing about your children is written down anywhere.

Does the next turn start by itself?

Yes. When a turn ends, the page shows whose turn is next for a few seconds and then starts again. Press Pause at any time.

How many children can take turns?

Two, three or four.

Is it free?

Yes. No ads, no sign-up, nothing to download.

For grown-ups: Peabody has no ads, not one, and nothing to sell your child. The Kids Pick, an independent kids' directory, rates its games 90/100. See what other free kids' sites load · Grown-ups, sign in · Already have a profile?
